We arrived safely in Chongqing. The Golden Resources Hotel is just as its name describes. The best we've ever stayed in by a long shot. We're on the 29th floor with a view of downtown. I want to post now because I may not get something posted before everyone from home heads off to church. We promise to get pictures just as soon as we can. New information about Chloe is that she likes to ride the escalator with her foster mom... her what? Yes, that's what we said, too. That's a bit of a shocker to us, but a good thing. She's sitting up and crawling and loves her rattle toys. Also loves to smile a lot. We're looking so forward to seeing her. Itinerary for the day is as follows:
3:00 Elaine goes to sign paperwork we need for tomorrow
3:40 Greg (and other 2nd spouses) meet for signatures
4:00 Dad (and other travel companions) meet for discussion about lots of baby things like bathing, feeding, diapers and other parenting essentials.
5:30 Babies arrive and are announced one-by-one (I think we're 2nd!!!)
5:31 Many new lives begin...
